Künstlerische Handwerkskunst: Diese Anstecknadel ist aus braunem und weißem 18-karätigem Gold gefertigt. Die Brosche trägt ein natürliches, blättriges Reben-Design, wobei die Edelsteine der Blätter aus 340 Tsavorit-Steinen bestehen, die zusammen wiegen5,16 Karat insgesamt und 163 rosa Saphire. BeideTsavoritund Saphirsteine sind in einer Krappenfassung gesichert. Den Rebstock der Brosche zieren 18 Diamonds und 8 Fancy Diamonds mit insgesamt 0,46 Karat. Die Diamonds sind entweder in einer Krappen- oder Zargenfassung gefasst.
