EFFECTIVE DATE: January 7, 2025

Assay Jewelers ("AJ") takes pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. However, should you encounter any issues upon delivery, please immediately contact our Customer Concierge team for assistance.

Coverage: AJ provides a limited warranty for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery for all fine jewelry purchased from www.assayjewelers.com or through official AJ channels. This warranty covers defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship under normal use. Covered defects include, but are not limited to, loose or missing stones, broken or loose prongs, and broken clasps or chains.

Warranty Service: At its sole discretion, AJ will determine if a reported problem qualifies as a defect covered by this warranty. If AJ confirms a defect covered by this warranty, it will repair or replace the defective Product at no charge. AJ reserves the right to replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned product of similar design and quality.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact AJ via help.assayjewelers.com or at info@assayjewelers.com and provide:

• A detailed description of the issue
• A copy of the original purchase receipt AJ will then provide instructions on how to proceed, based on our assessment of the claim.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and stretched chains)
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or alterations
• Loss or theft of the jewelry
• Issues with counterfeit, replica, or non-authentic products

Discretionary Decisions: All decisions regarding the repair, replacement, or coverage of a piece under this warranty are at the sole discretion of AJ. AJ reserves the right to deny any warranty claims that it determines do not meet the warranty criteria.

Limitations of Liability: AJ shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, arising from the purchase or use of any product, regardless of whether AJ was advised of the possibility of such damages. The sole remedy provided under this warranty will be the repair or replacement of the defective product at the sole discretion of AJ.

Note on Made-to-Order Items: Warranty coverage for custom-made or made-to-order items will be considered and possibly voided on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of AJ, depending on the nature and circumstances of each case.

Jurisdictional Variations: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
