Vintage Rolex President Datejust 18k gold ladies wrist watch. Reference 79178. 26mm case diamond hour marker dial, fluted bezel, automatic self winding movement with presidential bracelet and hidden fold over clasp. Complete with Rolex box, papers, tags, cloth, and pamphlets. All original Rolex parts.
Excellent condition with no visible wear marks. The watch has been serviced and polished.
