Reloj cronógrafo manual Patek Philippe 425J "Tegolino" de oro 18K de segunda mano, circa 1940. Completo con caja original de Patek Philippe. Todas las partes de la caja y el movimiento son originales de Patek Philippe. Movimiento en funcionamiento. Cuenta con cronógrafo de segundos, calibre 9"90, caja en forma de tonel, asas alargadas y el prestigioso Sello de Ginebra.
