Vintage Cartier Vendôme ref. 78091 in 18K yellow gold, circa 1970s, featuring an original white Roman numeral dial, cabochon sapphire crown, automatic caliber 2670 movement, and genuine Cartier leather strap with 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant buckle.
