Rolex Cellini reference 4082 in solid 18k white gold. Cushion-shaped case carries a textured Florentine-finish bezel and frames a blue vignette dial that shades from bright azure at the center to near-black at the edges, with an applied Rolex crown, "ROLEX GENEVE" and "Cellini" signatures, and slim white gold baton hands. Two-hand dress layout, no seconds. Powered by the manual-wind Rolex calibre 1600, 17 jewels, roughly 48 hours of reserve. Fitted to an integrated woven 18k white gold mesh bracelet.
